These Terms govern use of the Leno vlog creation app and related services (the “Service”) provided by harukary (the “Operator”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Leno analyzes videos selected by a user and proposes a First Cut for a vlog, including scene selection, sequence, captions, and music. Users can review and revise the proposal and export the video to their device.
2. Requirements
Use of the Service requires a supported device and operating system, an internet connection, and an App Store or Google Play account. You are responsible for data charges and other costs of your operating environment.
3. Your videos and rights
- Rights in videos and other content you load into Leno remain with you or the lawful rights holder.
- You must have the rights and permissions required for videos processed through the Service.
- The Operator may copy, transform, and analyze processing video and related data only as needed to provide the Service.
- Leno does not publish or post your videos to social networks without your instruction.
4. AI-assisted editing
Edit proposals, captions, scene selections, and other AI-generated results may not always be accurate, complete, or aligned with your intent. Before publishing, sharing, or saving a result, review its content, visible people and objects, audio, captions, and rights.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Process content that violates law, public order, or a third party's rights
- Create or use AI-generated content for child sexual exploitation, encouragement of self-harm, discrimination, violence, fraud, impersonation, or any other purpose that harms a person's safety or rights
- Use another person's video to unjustifiably invade privacy without consent
- Place excessive load on the Service, its servers, or networks
- Gain unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, or bypass authentication, allowances, or purchase status
- Impersonate the Service or another party
- Otherwise interfere with operation of the Service
6. Free and paid plans
- Free includes 15 credits per device and supports finished videos up to 90 seconds.
- Plus costs $14.99 per month, includes 120 credits, and supports finished videos up to 10 minutes.
- Pro costs $39.99 per month, includes 360 credits, and supports finished videos up to 10 minutes.
- AI analysis of new footage and AI editing use credits. Re-editing or reusing verified footage does not consume its analysis credits again.
- Prices and applicable taxes shown by the App Store or Google Play at purchase take precedence.
7. Purchase, renewal, and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically each month unless cancelled by the deadline specified by the relevant store. Purchase, billing, cancellation, purchase restoration, and refunds are governed by the procedures and terms of the App Store or Google Play where you purchased the plan. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
8. Changes and suspension
The Operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, failures, security response, changes to external services, or other reasonable causes. When the impact on users is material, we will provide advance notice where reasonably possible.
9. Restrictions
The Operator may restrict or suspend access in cases of material breach of these Terms, abuse, a security risk, or a legal requirement.
10. Warranties and liability
The Operator does not warrant that the Service will be free of defects or interruption, that AI results will suit a particular purpose, or that all devices and source materials will produce the same results. Except where applicable law does not permit limitation, and except for willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator, the Operator's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the preceding 12 months.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as features, prices, or laws change. We will clearly announce changes that materially affect users on this site or in the app.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to the Service will be resolved by a court in Japan with jurisdiction under applicable law.
